Order Cancellation Policy

1) Order Cancellation by Customer

• Customers can raise a cancellation request only before the order is processed or dispatched.
• Once the order is marked as “Shipped/Dispatched”, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the “My Orders” section of the Website. Requests made via phone, email, or other channels will not be considered valid.

Refund Timeline (Pre-Dispatch)

If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund (including shipping charges) will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 7 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank timelines.

2) Order Cancellation by the Firm

We may occasionally cancel orders due to the following reasons:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable for prompt dispatch.
• Incorrect pricing, listing errors, or technical glitches.
• Payment issues, chargeback risks, or suspected fraudulent/abusive activity.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days (actual credit timelines depend on bank/payment provider policies).

3) How to Cancel an Order

• Log in to the Website and navigate to the “My Orders” section.
• Select the relevant order and choose the “Cancel” option (if available).
• Confirm the cancellation request; the order status will update to “Cancellation Requested” or “Cancelled”.

Note: If the Cancel button is not visible, the order is likely already processed/shipped and therefore not eligible for cancellation.

4) Important Notes

• Currently, refunds are reversed to the original payment method. If Cash on Delivery (COD) is introduced in the future, refunds may be processed via bank transfer forms.
• Partial cancellations (for multi-item orders) are allowed only for items that are still eligible for cancellation.
• In case of a technical outage, please retry submitting the cancellation request. If the issue persists, contact support via email with your Order ID.
